Adidas x Paradigm Gazelle Adv Shoes in Core Black and Active Purple. Inspired by nostalgic ‘70s era aesthetics and arriving as part of both parties’ latest ‘Life Before’ collection, the adidas x Paradigm Gazelle Adv is a skate-specific silhouette designed with sustainability and all-terrain functionality in mind. Styled with all black uppers consciously crafted from synthetic leather with a recycled rubber compound foxing for further structural support, this bold black skate shoe also features a fully vulcanised construction and a resilient GeoFlex rubber outsole for increased traction and tread. With the outsole itself containing at least 10% recycled rubber, this eco-minded sneaker pairs heritage with modernised necessity to create a streamlined silhouette dedicated to its performative cause. Classic adidas 3-stripe banding decorates each exterior and interior facing quarter with brushed purple ‘adidas Gazelle’ print branding styled in a shade that matches its custom insoles, collaborative tongue and underfoot trim, whilst the recessed 6 eyelet lacing system secures the tongue in place for a snug and secure fit. Signed off with alternating Paradigm ‘P’ and adidas Trefoil debossed details across each individual collar, with Paradigm’s iconic ‘P’ motif printed repeatedly across the two tone black and purple insole.

Designed in collaboration with Theophilos Constantinou’s Paradigm and designed to focus predominantly on the use of sustainable methodologies in respect to contemporary progression, the adidas x Paradigm capsule collection takes creative influence from the book ‘Uninhabitable Earth - Life After Warming’ by David Wallace-Wells as it utilises apparel as a medium to address the ever changing narrative of the current day market.
